1. The service

Sonorarium converts audio and video files to text using artificial intelligence. Automatic transcription may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing it before use, especially in legal, medical or professional contexts.

2. Account

You sign in via a link sent to your email or with Google. You must keep access to your email secure and are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Minutes and payments

• Minutes are prepaid in packs, with no subscription, and never expire.
• Each transcription deducts its duration rounded up to the next minute. If a transcription fails, the minutes are refunded automatically.
• Prices include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Withdrawal: as this is digital content, by starting to use your minutes you agree that performance begins and you lose the right of withdrawal for minutes consumed. You may request a refund of an unused pack within 14 days of purchase by writing to [EMAIL DE CONTACTO].

4. Acceptable use

Only upload content you own or have permission to use, respecting the privacy of the people recorded. Uploading illegal content or using the service to infringe third-party rights is prohibited. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

5. Ownership

Your files and transcripts belong to you. We only process them to provide the service (see the privacy policy).

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

7. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms with reasonable notice. They are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the consumer rights granted by the law of your country.
